• Eligibility:

1. Persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act of 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to use this Website. 
2. The Service is not available to minors under 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by ludoislife.com for any reason.
3. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not avail of any services on the Website. As a minor, if you wish to avail a service on the Website, such a service may be availed/ transaction/ deposit shall be made by your legal guardian or parents.
4. Users may have up to one account. Maintaining more than one account by a user shall amount to a fraudulent act on the part of the user and attract actions against such users.

Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any loss suffered by Users due to unauthorized access to their accounts or use of the Services, and we accept no responsibility for any losses or harm resulting from such unauthorized use, whether fraudulent or otherwise.

• The user expressly understands and agrees that:

Levels have no monetary value and cannot be sold or transferred but can be redeemed for certain deals with a nominal payment, if applicable. ludoislife.com reserves the right to withdraw any deal without prior notice. No refunds will be given for unused Levels or Virtual Items if an Application is discontinued.

• Pricing and Taxes

The price indicated within the Application is payable by you, including any applicable taxes and levies. Prices and specifications may change. Returns or cancellations are not offered unless specified performance criteria are met.

• Competitions and Deals

3. Criteria for selecting winners

1. Standard Terms and Conditions of Promotions : These standard terms and conditions of promotions (“Standard Terms”) supplement the terms of promotions undertaken on the ludoislife.com website and which reference these Standard Terms (each a “Promotion”):

• Participation and Compliance:

1. Participation in any Promotion will be subject to a user complying with the Promotion Terms implemented by ludoislife.com in respect of such Promotion (“Promotion Terms”) and these Standard Terms. 
2. By participating in any Promotion, the participant further consents to and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions of the ludoislife.com game and ludoislife.com’s privacy policy.

• Eligibility:

• The Promotions are only open to users in India. Participation in the Promotions by proxy is not permitted.

1. Participation in the Promotions is voluntary.

2. Persons intending to participate in a Promotion, who have listed their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), shall de-register themselves from the NDNC Registry till the completion of such Promotion. Such persons agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against ludoislife.com in this respect.
3. The verification process may require users to submit personal information. Users agree to receive communication from ludoislife.com. Any information collected shall be subject to ludoislife.com’s Privacy Policy.

• Disqualification:

1. ludoislife.com may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any user from a Promotion if such user engages in any illegal, unlawful, or improper conduct.

• Bonus Amount:

1. The Bonus Amount (if any) deposited into the user’s account can be used to join cash contests on ludoislife.com but cannot be used to join 2-member contests, withdrawn, or transferred to any other cash balance account or third-party account.
2. The Bonus Amount (if any) shall expire and be without effect at the end of fourteen days from the date of credit.

• Discretion and Substitution:

1. The deposit of the Bonus Amount (if applicable) or the grant of the free-entry (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of ludoislife.com and subject to compliance with these Standard Terms and the applicable Promotion Terms.

• No Guarantee of Benefits:

• Final Decision:

• No Combination with Other Offers:

• Right to Modify:

• Feedback:

• Liability:

• Program Overview:

If you and your referred friend meet the criteria and complete all the steps specified in these terms, you and your friend can earn a Cash Bonus from ludoislife.com of up to Rs. 100 ("Bonus Amount"), redeemable to join cash contests through the ludoislife.com mobile application.

• Participation:

1. Participation in the Program is voluntary. A user shall not register or operate more than one user account with ludoislife.com and shall not participate in the Program with more than one user account.

• Requirements:

1. To participate, download and install the ludoislife.com Application on your mobile device. You will receive a unique link or code to share with friends ("Invitee") for inviting them to register an account with ludoislife.com.
2. The Inviter and Invitee will be eligible for the Bonus Amount if the Invitee: (i) is not an existing user of ludoislife.com; (ii) successfully registers using the unique link or code; and (iii) verifies their mobile number within thirty (30) days from registration.

• Verification and Communication:

1. The verification process may require submission of personal information and documents. 
2. The Inviter agrees to receive communication from ludoislife.com and allows communication with Invitees referred by them.

• Bonus Amount Expiry:

1. Tax & TDS Policy

• Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, levies, or duties related to ludoislife.com Games.

• No TDS is deducted on winnings up to Rs. 10,000.

• TDS is deducted on winnings above Rs. 10,000 before releasing the prize.

• As per Indian TDS rules, 30% TDS is deducted on winnings above Rs. 10,000 in a single game.

• Real money added to the ludoislife.com platform is non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be used to play games. Withdrawal is limited to winnings, subject to submission of relevant documentation.

• The TDS amount must be collected from the winner before releasing the prize.

• Prizes over Rs. 10,000 can only be redeemed after TDS deduction as per Section 194B read with Section 115BB of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• Users must provide a valid PAN card for TDS filing.

• TDS must be paid within 24 hours. Prize delivery may take up to 15 working days.

• To claim a prize, winners must pay TDS within 24 hours of winning; otherwise, the prize will expire.

• ludoislife.com conducts an annual closing balance confirmation with external wallet service providers. In case of discrepancies, ludoislife.com will perform due diligence to ascertain liability

1. Breach

• ludoislife.com reserves the right to remove or refuse any Content on the Services, suspend or terminate Users, and reclaim usernames or channel names without liability. ludoislife.com may access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests, enforce the Terms, investigate potential violations, address fraud, security, or technical issues, or protect its rights, property, safety, Users, and third parties.

•  Users must not:

1. Access or use non-public areas of the Services, ludoislife.com’s systems, or the technical delivery systems of ludoislife.com’s providers.
2. Probe, scan, test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach security or authentication measures.
3. Access or search the Services by any means other than the currently available, published interfaces provided and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying

• Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership and Licensing:

1. Users acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and related to the Services are owned by or licensed to ludoislife.com. 
2. By submitting Content on or through the Services, Users grant ludoislife.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, distribute, and create derivative works of such Content in any media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

• Prohibited Actions:

1. Users must not copy, distribute, make available to the public, or create any derivative work from any Content belonging to ludoislife.com or any other User. ludoislife.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. 
2. If Users or any third party believe their Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, they must provide ludoislife.com with the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the location of the material.
4. Contact information, including address, telephone number, and an email address.
5. A statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

• Removal of Infringing Content:

1. We reserves the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at its sole discretion, and without any liability.

• Privacy

• Consent to Privacy Policy: Any information that Users provide to ludoislife.com is subject to the Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of the information. By using the Services, Users consent to the collection, use, and transfer of such information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• Collection and Use of Personal Information: We will collect, process, use, and share Users' information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Terms. By using the Services, Users consent to the collection, processing, use, and sharing of their personal data with third parties as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Users who do not agree with the Privacy Policy should not access or use the Services. Personal information collected may also be subject to the policies of any social network linked to the Services.

• Communications: Users acknowledge and accept that they may receive occasional communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages.

• Conditions of Participation: 

By entering a Contest, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of ludoislife.com. If a User is found to be in violation of this policy, ludoislife.com reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil/criminal remedies as advised, in addition to forfeiture and/or recovery of any prize money. Subject to the terms and conditions stipulated herein, ludoislife.com, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any User from a Contest, refuse to award benefits or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if the User engages in conduct deemed by ludoislife.com to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other Users. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Falsifying Personal Information:

1. Providing false personal information, including name, email address, bank account details, or any other information or documentation requested by ludoislife.com to enter a Contest and/or claim a prize/winning.

• Financial Fraud or Misrepresentation:

1. Engaging in any form of financial fraud or misrepresentation, including unauthorized use of credit/debit instruments, payment wallet accounts, etc., to enter a Contest or claim a prize. The burden of proving otherwise lies solely on the User.

• Collusion:

1. Colluding with any other User(s) or engaging in any form of syndicate play.

• Violation of Contest Rules:

1. Any violation of Contest rules or the Terms of Use.

• Unauthorized Methods:

1. Accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods such as automated bots or other automated means.
2. Using automated means (including but not limited to harvesting bots, robots, parsers, spiders, or screen scrapers) to obtain, collect, or access any information on the Website or from any User for any purpose.

• Cash Bonus Misuse:

1. Misuse of Cash Bonus, Invite Friends program, or any other offers or promotions.

• Tampering with Contest Administration:

1. Tampering with the administration of a Contest or attempting to tamper with computer programs or any security measure associated with a Contest.

• Unauthorized Information Access:

1. Obtaining other Users’ information without their express consent and/or knowledge.
2. Spamming other Users (Spamming includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited emails to Users, sending bulk emails to ludoislife.com Users, or sending unwarranted email content either to selected Users or in bulk).

• Abuse of the Website:

1. Abusing the Website in any way. Examples of abuse include using unparliamentary language, slangs, or disrespectful words.

• Payment Terms 

In respect of any transactions entered into on the ludoislife.com platform, including making a payment to participate in the paid versions of Contest(s), Users agree to be bound by the following payment terms:

• Pre-designated Amounts:

1. The payment made by Users to participate in Contest(s) includes the pre-designated platform fee (when applicable) for access to ludoislife.com Services and a pre-determined participant’s contribution towards the prize money pool.

• Prize Money Pool:

1. All amounts collected from Users are held until the determination of the Winners and the distribution of prizes. ludoislife.com receives only its share of the platform Fees, subject to applicability.
2. Users contribute a pre-specified amount towards the Prize Money Pool of a Contest, which is passed on to the Winner(s) after the Contest's completion as per the Contest terms and conditions. ludoislife.com acts only as an intermediary in collecting and distributing the Prize Money Pool and has no right or interest in it.

• User Accounts:

• Users are provided with two categories of accounts for processing and reconciling payments: (i) ‘Unplayed’ Account, and (ii) Winnings Account.

• User's winnings can be credited to any wallet sub-section (Deposits, Bonus, Winnings) at ludoislife.com's sole discretion.

• Payment Processing:

1. Payments made by Users through the designated payment gateway are credited to the User’s ‘Unplayed’ Account.
2. Participation fees for any contest are debited first from the User’s Unplayed Account and, if necessary, from the User’s Winning Account.
3. Any remaining amount of participation fees will be processed through the designated payment gateway. Excess amounts are transferred to the User’s ‘Unplayed’ Account for future use or withdrawal, subject to terms.

• Account Management:

1. Debits from the ‘Unplayed’ Account for contest participation are made in order of the date of credit, with earlier amounts debited first.
2. Users may withdraw amounts from their ‘Unplayed’ Account by contacting ludoislife.com Customer Support, provided the amounts are utilized within 60 days of credit. Unutilized amounts after 60 days may be forfeited.
3. Withdrawals from the Winnings Account must also be made within 60 days of credit or inactivity, or the amounts may be forfeited.

• Bonus Points:

1. ludoislife.com may issue bonus points (Cash Bonus) for participation in contests. These points are subject to limitations and must be used within specified timeframes. Bonus points are not transferable or withdrawable except as part of contest winnings.
2. Cash bonus points are valid for 14 days from the date of credit and will lapse thereafter.

• Transaction Confirmation:

1. Once a transaction is confirmed, it is final, and no cancellation is permissible. In exceptional circumstances, we may refund amounts to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
2. Transactions may take up to 24 hours to process and reflect in the User’s accounts. Users agree not to raise complaints or claims for delays.

• Non-refundable Amounts:

1. Real money added by Users is non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be utilized for playing games on ludoislife.com. 
2. Users are eligible to withdraw only their winnings after providing relevant documentation to the Company.

• Indemnification 

• The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the company, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners (if any), officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of user’s breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or user’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

• Jurisdiction and Arbitration

• Those who access the website and/or services do so, on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, any applicable local laws. 

• These terms of use are governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, that is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to this letter, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan only.

• In case of any dispute firstly the matter shall be attempted to be resolved by way of Mediation. In case of failure to reach a resolution by way of mediation, the matter shall be referred to the Arbitrator as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 at Jaipur, Rajasthan in English. After which the jurisdiction of the court shall arise at Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
